The diversity tool has been developed as part of the project “The whole family at work”. The project has involved 69 participants, or approximately 30 families, living in the municipalities of Langå, Nørhald and Purhus, Denmark, and the aim has been that all participants are to work or training.
It has typically been the small and medium sized companies of the local community that have been in contact with the participants throughout the project. And in this connection, the project has brought with it a desire to develop a tool which would be able to support the integration efforts of small- and medium sized companies.
